Smart Wadkhal App is a service-based mobile application developed by Marcks Training and IT Services. All bills and service-related applications displayed or submitted through this application are handled and processed by Group Grampanchayat Vadkhal, which operates under the Local Authority business type.

1. Nature of the Application (Important Disclaimer)

Smart Wadkhal App is a digital facilitation application. It acts as a user interface to display information and submit requests that are processed through an Admin Panel.

• ❌ The app does NOT perform backend administrative actions
• ❌ The app does NOT verify or validate records on its own
• ✔ All core operations are handled through the Admin Panel

The mobile application only reflects data that is created, uploaded, or approved by authorized administrators through the Admin Panel.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide app functionality:

• Login Details: Mobile number
• Profile Information: Name and basic contact details
• Bill Information: Home tax and water tax bills generated via the Admin Panel
• Application Data: Details submitted for birth, marriage, or death certificate requests

3. How the Information Is Used

• To authenticate users securely
• To display bills generated through the Admin Panel
• To submit user applications to administrators
• To track application status updates
• To maintain system performance and security

4. What We Do NOT Collect

• No GPS or location tracking
• No contacts or call logs
• No SMS access
• No banking, card, or UPI information
• No biometric or sensitive device data

5. Bill Display & Application Handling

Home tax and water tax bills are generated exclusively through the Admin Panel and are displayed in the Smart Wadkhal App for user reference.

Applications submitted through the app (birth, marriage, death certificates) are forwarded to administrators for review and processing. The app does not approve, reject, or modify applications on its own.

6. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data.

• Data is accessible only to the user and authorized administrators
• No data is shared with advertisers or third-party marketers

7. Data Security

Appropriate technical and organizational security measures are implemented to protect user data, including secure servers, access controls, and encrypted storage where applicable.

8. Data Retention

User data is retained only as long as required for operational and administrative purposes. Records may be removed or archived based on administrative decisions.
